PRIVACY

Know what happens before you enter anything.

Foreclosure SOS separates basic website activity, read-only property lookup, and information you choose to provide when requesting help.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Clear information before the next step.

01

Website activity

For security and operations, the site samples a pseudonymous visit at most once every five minutes. It records the direct network IP presented to the server, browser and device family, user agent, referrer host, route path, and first and last activity times. Query strings and searched property addresses are not stored in visitor analytics. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests skip this collection.

02

Property lookup

A complete address is submitted by POST and sent for exact matching to IDD’s approved read-only property projection. It stays out of the query string, and Foreclosure SOS does not persist the returned property facts.

03

Property review requests

A review request is accepted only after the website displays a receipt. IDD does not receive contact requests and remains read-only.
